I’m afraid of (unsafe) heights and this #aerialhammock drop scared me so much! So whatever reason, #aerialsilks drops where I get to hold the tail make me feel better! Though, when I did my first, I’m pretty sure I closed my eyes! Check it out on my YouTube https://youtu.be/DbcCbn_-M3s #TiedtotheSky 🌈 Pose: best drop ________________________________
Writing prompt: Fave drop - good question! I really like revolving door on silks! Again, love it whenever I can hold a tail!
My play time was limited cause of my back, but hanging feels amazing. So I decided to see how long I could spin without 🤢3/10 would not recommend. 😂
Happiness lies in perspective 🤸🏽♂️ • Even though I was only in this aerial yoga fabric for 20 min, I knew this was something we’d be adding to our Charleston house. I think Matt was even more excited about it than I was! The reason why, the misconception of pregnant inversions & the rest of my #wanderlust108 experience is on the blog 🤸🏽♂️✨ #pregnantnotpowerless#icanstillhang#perspective#aerialyoga#namaste
AERIAL STRENGTH CLASS I am so excited to start teaching weekly aerial strength class at brand new and beautiful @evolvemillburn in Millburn. For nearly two years, I’ve been focusing on one on one work with clients and I really missed a beautiful energy that flows when you teach a group of people. If you are local come and exercise with me every Thursdays at 12:15 pm @evolvemillburn 💕👊#mindbodyandpurpose
Day 5 of the #TiedtotheSky 🌈 challenge. . Pose: your best drop I uh...might have a small drop addiction. I couldn't decide so here are 10 of my favorites. _________________________________ Writing prompt: Your favorite drop, why you love it, story behind mastering it . This is like asking a mother to pick out her favorite kid. It just seems impossible to choose! I love drops. I love everything about drops: the adrenaline, the nerves, the audience reaction, EVERYTHING! I am usually the first to volunteer to try a drop and just go for it (unless it involves a back dive). . . I just picked a variety of drops to showcase here. I like the barrel roll to back dive because it gets such a cool reaction from people. The trapeze ankle drop is one that still scares me but I’m working on making the drop more dramatic each time I do it. The fabulous trapeze boots help too! . . I can't wait to see your favorite drops! Feel free to tell me what they are here too! Do you like dropping or do you dread it?? . .
