A lot of people asks, how do I find time to go to the gym out of my hectic schedule, if you watch my insta stories you know what I mean, I rarely sleep full 8 hours. So how do I make time and go to the gym everyday and still run multiple businesses, speak, run workshops, mentor other CEO's & founders, study and design? it's called DISCIPLINE.
I know it's easily said than done but the fact of the matter is if it's important to you, you'll make time, the myth of YOU DON'T HAVE THE TIME is pure BS. Stop telling yourself the same lazy ass story that gotten you nowhere further than your couch.
I prioritize, it's non- negotiable and its a must. I book it in my calendar just as I would when I visit my doctor and go to my business meetings.. Remember that we get two thngs in life: It's either EXCUSES or RESULTS. You make that choice EVERY SINGLE DAY 👊💪
