Sometimes I get caught up in the day and I forget how grateful I really should be. I came to this city 6 years ago broken down, homeless, and addicted to heroin. Bottom of the barrel. I was the worst person that most people knew. With the help of others, the amazing community in this city, and hard work I made it to a place that I never thought I would be. My journey was started in a homeless shelter and now here I am, a business owner in the heart of the city in one of the most beautiful buildings in our state. Never give up and never look back.
