Happy Thursday! Came home from work this morning and napped for a few hours before I headed to Pure Strength with #wholehealthkawartha . I didn’t feel like working out at all, definitely feeling the pressure and the fatigue today after two 12 hour night shifts but I went and got it done! 🙌🏼 (seriously, you never regret a workout when it’s done!) ✖️glute warm up- zombie walks, side shuffles and air squats with a resistance band 🍑
✖️worked up to a heavy ish 4x8 of sumo deadlifts - used 125lbs ✖️10 rounds of ring rows- alternating between regular ring rows, pause ring rows up and pause ring rows down = 100 ring rows 💪🏼
✖️20 sec work, 10 sec rest x 10 rounds of ring row push ups (averaged about 5 each round)
✖️20 sec work, 10 sec rest x 10 rounds of bird dog - alternated each side

Refueling now with an early dinner since I know bed will be early tonight 😴. I love my BOD... It's my gym that I don't have to leave the house for!
And on days like today, when we seem to all be a little under the weather with colds, and I don't want to push myself too much with cardio or strength training, I don't have to skip any physical activity... I can stream a stretching and strengthening workout instead! It's nice to have that flexibility. And it felt sooo good this morning.
