This morning plans changed a bit and my workout had to get bumped. I was reworking my schedule trying to see where I'd fit it in and the mister said I could totally justify skipping it and said that I'll make up for it after, meaning after baby comes. Here's the thing though, as hard as it is to workout while hugely pregnant, mentally cope with watching your body expand beyond what you even think is possible, being active and working out makes me feel good and I'm so proud of myself for sticking with it!
Whatever you've got going on in life, you can use it as an excuse or use it as motivation. Choose the latter! We've all got things in life that we could let hold us back but it's so much more rewarding to acknowledge those hard things and navigate our way through them anyway. If you want it bad enough, create a way to get there. You are more capable than you might realize.
Now...not completely related, but... I can't stop playing numbers games in my head! I'm due in 42 days, which is really more like 35 because my doctor wants to induce me at 39 weeks. I'm too uncomfortable to want to stop her so I'll take the reduction in time. AND! If baby girl decides she wants to come early, but fully cooked, we could be looking at 28 or even 21 days! All of this basically means I'm nearly there guys. Soon I'm gonna have a cute little baby to spam your feeds with. I've gotta get my hospital bag packed in the next few weeks, it's been a while. Please give me all your suggestions for hospital packing, postpartum healing, must-have products, etc!
