Anxiety: the buzzword and dis-ease of our time. It's the intense worry or fear that is grave enough to impede ones function of daily living. The body gets hijacked by butterflied feelings in the belly or the blocking down of the chest region. A battle to breathe ensues. It's devastating. You ever feel this? Anxiety is becoming more and more prevalent amongst children (and very sad to see), often a learned behavior adopted from parents. Learning to manage anxiety and hopefully eradicating it, is imperative for healthy living and the vibrational environment of your loved ones. Seek the constructive methods that aid you in journeying to your self control when it starts to slip. We all have different ways of winning back our peace. Find yours. For me, it's meditation, particularly in nature. These have been my faves lately - a low-ish calorie bar, (@lunabar S'mores really tastes like s'mores 😋) carrots or cucumbers, and those pea crunchy cracker things - I forget what they are called.
