Day 4/21 - To be honest I was going to skip today because I'm so sore. Then I saw it was pilates, and realized the stretching would help, but also thought I'd be on the floor the entire time so piece of cake.
It was painful, there was sweating, but it was what I needed. I'm so glad I didn't give up and just went for it. •
I'm feeling stronger and can't wait until I can say I rocked these 21 days!!💪
❤35 days till Vegas, 36 until I see Britney...lots of temptations between now and then, I will at least get my workouts in!
