Grow, quads, grow 💪💪
3-4 kgs between these two pictures, 3 months in between photos, 3 months of @gracefitguide and a different outlook on health and life ☄ the girl on the left was terrified of eating out. She couldn't skip a workout and and when she was forced to due to injury she sacrificed food as compensation. She was anxious, depressed and stuck in a major rut. She was on the cusp of relapse.
The girl on the right doesn't blink twice when eating out. She doesn't force herself to do excessive cardio to compensate for food. She doesnt put gym before living. She eats intuitively for performance and wellbeing. She goes out with friends and drinks and eats and couldn't give a shit if she bloats. She's fulfilled, has a healthy balance with living a healthy lifestyle but not missing out on life. She's doing better than she ever has since being diagnosed 4 years ago. Most importantly; she's happy again.
There comes a time when you realize that when it comes to experiences, socializing, achieving goals and and living a worthwhile life, being the skinniest is so not worth it. I have many people to thank; my boyfriend for his patience and endless support. @gracefituk for teaching me balance, you guys for your all your love. But most of all, thanks to Me for putting myself above all else; my health, wellbeing and happiness ❤
