You know what’s SO great about what I do in the fitness world?
There is something for everyone!
Every time I put my husband through a round of a program he just CRUSHES it. Then he goes on with his sexy strong self, until I need him to try out another one.
He presses play, works his a$$ off and then reaps these rewards! Helllo nurse! Amirite?! Haha
You don’t need any fancy equipment, and you don’t have to go anywhere or pay a Butt load of money for a gym membership.

He achieved these results with 2 rounds of one program and and one round of another. (The majority of his results came from his first 60 days of program one) now he’s just bulking up those muscles!

Day 38 of 80!!😄Selfie game has changed a bit!✨Find a lifestyle that makes you glow, and stick to it. ✨ This former brunette failed at everything: I lied about “not being free after work” when colleagues would as me to to go the gym or live classes with them — when, in reality, the honest truth was I was literally paralyzed with severe anxiety at the thought alone of exercising in public!! Staring at machines feeling utterly clueless, or exercising in classes feeling SO self-conscious. ⠀

— I was 30lbs overweight because of CRAPPY habits, ⠀
— Spreading myself thin to the point of burnout at work, ⠀
— Lowest self-esteem I had ever had, ⠀
— Caught in a miserable cycle of : Emotionally overeat-work-sugar-sleep-repeat. ⠀

💜Until I found an online coach. It changed my whole damn life!!! ⠀

💜I got at-home programs that I actually loved for how challenging they were, yet, easy to follow.⠀

ABS ON FIYAHH 🔥🔥 Are you ready to feel a serious burn 🔥 in your core! Well get prepared for your abs to be on fiyah with this workout I have got for you.

•Plank holds - 1min
•Cable crunches - crunch and touch your elbows on your thighs.
•Cable twist - make sure the cable is adjusted to shoulder level - these targets your obliques
•Cable crunch with leg raise - keep your foot flexed upward and push down into your heel when you extend your leg.

All exercises performed 10-12 reps x 4 sets. The plank holds I performed each hold for 1 minuet x 4 rounds. I always perform my core exercises as either a circuit or a superset. Try to increase weight with each round for progressive overload. Let's get those core muscles popping. Go get it get it 👊🏽 Song 🎶- Too much - Drake
