Happy Sunday, a few glimpses of blue sky 🌦 out there at the moment so if your feeling the weather blues like me, step out and look up 😁😁😁 This is why I love to train outdoors even in winter. Nothing beats fresh air even if it’s cool. So much of our time is spent indoors during the cold months and I know for me it has an effect on my mood and motivation. 😏😒😞 It’s definitely a thing! 🙉
Your body wont take long to warm up 😅so even though the thought of being cold might put you off it’s only for a short time.
