Eating clean doesn’t have to be boring! I grew up in east Texas so everything was smothered in butter and salt. When I decided to change my lifestyle and eating habits it was hard for me at first. I’ve now learned ways to make healthy food taste good again. It’s just takes a small amount of effort; try incorporating natural herbs like basil and rosemary, use higher quality olive oils and coconut oils instead of butter, and look for no salt seasonings.

first week of my new off season plan and it’s been AMAZING. loving my new workouts and no hunger pangs whatsoever 😍. will tell you more about my new plans later on. as some of you guys know, i’m spending a while doing hypertrophy work (not strength for now unfortunately) for my next bikini show. the focus is to build lean muscle in my weaker areas and i’m so determined to get that 4 pack 😉. here is a quick ab exercise i did this week 3-5x15-20

GYMNASTICS CORE WORKOUT | This workout isn’t suitable for everyone but it does highlight one way that you can make an ab workout (which can be typically pretty boring) a little more interesting. .
A1. Banded V-UPS (thank you @jaybrockwayeq for this variation that keeps me honest!)

A2. Candlestick Burpees
Work for 30 seconds and rest for 30 seconds - try 5 rounds.

Again, these exercises aren’t suitable for beginners - however, beginners could use that structure using simpler exercises, eg. A Reverse Crunch and a step back burpee (30 on, 30 resting). .
This is how I squeeze Gymnastics into my life. Sadly I no longer have time to do long Gymnastics sessions - so I have integrated them into my life in a bite sized way.
