A2. Candlestick Burpees
Work for 30 seconds and rest for 30 seconds - try 5 rounds.
Again, these exercises aren’t suitable for beginners - however, beginners could use that structure using simpler exercises, eg. A Reverse Crunch and a step back burpee (30 on, 30 resting). .
This is how I squeeze Gymnastics into my life. Sadly I no longer have time to do long Gymnastics sessions - so I have integrated them into my life in a bite sized way.
