Recharging ourselves isn't something we tend to think much about. For the longest time, I didn't. I ran at full speed, kept going when I hit empty, and I used to love saying, "I'll sleep when I'm dead." Well, that lasted for my 20's but I started losing steam with that in my 30's. I know now how important it is to recharge my mind, body and soul.
When I do, I notice a HUGE difference in my attitude, my energy, patience, creativity, and ability to handle my 'to-do's' with ease. When I'm recharged, I'm my best for myself and others.
Some of my recharging go-to's are getting my 8-hours of sleep, meditating, kundalini yoga, putting my feet in the ocean, using my essential oils, and taking a mini tech break.
