I wish I would have found this sport sooner.
Not because I love how I look or the glitter bikini (but I do love those) BUT because of the life I have gained.
I am more aware of my body than ever, not just cycling through eating disorders and excessive running.
My nutrition and water game are off the charts (sometimes with peanut butter but few and far between)
I am not punishing my body for not being EXACTLY how I want it to be.
I spend my time thinking how I can support and uplift others in their journey; it’s my greatest joy.
I love better and more authentically because I believe others truly care for me, not because I am just one thing.
I don’t just use a number on the scale to give myself love. #numbersarefun ✖️
I have been spot-on my Macros and my weight is trending ⬆️ and that’s 👌🏽 I had my BF done this AM with Dan and I was a bit scared because I never have had it done.
IT was WAY lower than I thought it would be (still healthy range 💯‼️) but she told me I was in the area considered “elite” and hot damn did that motivate me!
This sport gave me self-respect, confidence, purpose, and a solid-ass tribe!
