I went to run comrades last year with that package (61kg) fats around my waist.I came back and went for 4 weeks holiday and come back looking like pic 1.
2.Know when you are gaining,I promise 2kg gain in your body you will definately feel that.(its easy to fight 2kg than 5kg).hlasela in time.
3.Guys basic healthy meals are cheaper than buying quick fix mixtures (I am not going to mention any)that will leave you broke,side effects. Lets try to lose natural. This is just 7 days dedication,Gym,clean eating and fun .1st till 7August.
