I've had bad posture all my life😫 and that's one of the reasons I got a flat belly. Doing squats has improved a lot my posture and now every time I vent I remember the hard abs workouts are so my back gets straight right away!😜
It's not just all about exercise there are other things that we can do to improve the shape of our bodies too☺
Anyway, I'm far from the abdomen I want but small changes make difference too. One step at the time
