Ate like a total ass hole this weekend because it was Father’s Day, because I had a tough Mommy Day, because I had every excuse in the book.

I didn’t want to work out this morning either. Literally drug my ass to the preworkout, drank it, and thought really hard about just driving right past the gym. Like, what? Who even am I?

Truth is, we all fall off track. We all go through lulls. We all have to call ourselves out on our own bullshit! I guess that’s what I’m doing.

I promise to workout 5x this week. I promise to eat balanced meals that fuel my body and make me feel good. I promise to drink a gallon of water each day. But most of all, so promise to give myself some grace and remember that this is not a punishment for enjoying myself this weekend. Its just me recognizing that eating shit food makes me feel like shit.

I added this beast to my home gym collection today. I purchased it over a month ago and it sat in the entry way. Since my husband was obviously not going to put it together, I lugged it downstairs and did the work while he sat 5 feet away from me playing video games and watching me. Let’s just call today honest Wednesday lol Six months ago I got my second bone density scan and weighed in at 204 lbs. Yesterday I had my third six month bone density scan and weighed in at 185 lbs. Do the math and that’s 20 lbs in six months 🙌🏼 Six months ago I wasn’t happy. With myself or who I was with at the time. I had zero confidence and hated taking selfies or just pictures in general. Today I feel like my confidence is through the roof! Even ran today without my tank top but just my sports bra 😲 that has never happened! La dinámica es muy sencilla, durante 22 días seguidos debes realizar está rutina y publicar en tus stories cada día de entrenamiento, si fallas un día debes reiniciar desde el día cero hasta llegar al día 22 de manera continua 👊🏻.
Son 5 ejercicio fáciles de hacer que se pueden realizar el cualquier lugar! 🏖️⛰️🏠

1. Heels to the Heavens: 45 seg. Descansar 15seg al finalizar cada serie y repetir hasta que no puedas elevar las piernas.
2. Thread the Needle: 5 reps por cada lado. Si se te facilita mucho este ejercicio aumenta a 10 ó 20 repeticiones por acá lado.
3. X Crunch: 12 reps de manera controlada.
4. Jackknifes: 45 seg. Tus pies y hombros no deben tocar el suelo en ningún momento.
5. Stationary Bikes: 30 seg. Mantén inmóvil lo mas que puedas tus piernas a 90° mientras haces el movimiento de manera lenta.
