Being vulnerable sucks, especially for someone like me who has always struggled with body acceptance. I love my body for being strong, and for birthing 2 children, but I haven't always treated myself with the amount of self care I should. I look at the picture of me on the left, bloated from overindulging from the holidays, stressed out and tired. I look at the picture of me on the right and although I still have some work to do, i feel happy and healthy and strong. Just finished my first workout in over 3 weeks and it felt okay. I lifted light, took more breaks than I probably needed to, and didn't push myself. I have to listen to my body which is so hard to do but I'm starting my 6 day a week workout schedule again and will slowly pick up the intensity. Food prep is still on point and I weighed in at 132lbs this morning!
