Guten Morgen Sportsfreunde ✌🏽 Bald geht es wieder auf die Bühne für mich. Einen wunderschönen guten Morgen 🌻! Gestern Nachmittag gab' es bei mir diese 👆 leckere Portion Pancakes mit frischen Erdbeeren 🍓 und ein paar Kokoschips 😋. Die Teile waren dieses mal so schön dick und natürlich wieder cremig-weich 😉 (also ich brauch' da echt kein Topping o.ä. dazu 😊). Außerdem hab' ich hier mal kein Wheyprotein mit in den Teig 😉 und dieses mal die Instant Oats gegen Schmelzflocken getauscht 👍. Jetzt wisst ihr bescheid 🤓 und ich düse mal los zur Arbeit 💨. Habt einen super Donnerstag ✌!

Pancakes (dick):
100g Schmelzflocken @koelln_deutschland mit 250ml Flüssigkeit (ich hatte 150ml Eiklar #goodeggwhites @pumperlgsund und 100ml Wasser) gut mit einem Löffel verrühren. Anschließend 100g Magerquark und Süße/Aroma nach Wahl dazufügen (ich hatte einfach nur den Low Carb Vital Drink Pfirsich-Maracuja @bbngermany 👌; alternativ Flavdrops, Erythrit, Aromapulver, etc.). Dann beliebig große/dicke Teigklekse in eine mit Kokosöl eingefettete Pfanne geben und die Pancakes kurz von beiden Seiten anbraten.

|| Der Press ist wohl eine der effektivsten Oberkörper-Übungen. Denn hierbei werden nicht nur die #schultern und Arme trainiert, sondern auch die gesamte Rumpfmuskukatur sowie Hüfte und Beine!☝🏼 Ein Grund, warum die #übung technisch sehr anspruchsvoll ist und sich schnell Fehler einschleichen. Am häufigsten zu beobachten ist, dass die Hantel vom Körper weggedrückt wird, man es nicht schafft, unter die Stange zu kommen und dass man sich zu weit nach hinten lehnt (links⬅️). Eine korrekte Lockout-Position ist beim Press jedoch entscheidend - vor allem um ein Impingement zu vermeiden❗️ So ist es wichtig, stets die Körperspannung⚡️ beizubehalten und die Stange in einer effektiven Hantelbahn zu bewegen. Sprich, möglichst gerade und vertikal (rechts➡️)! Erst dann wird die Übung wirklich effektiv!
Und denkt immer daran: #technikvorgewicht!

Habe das duplo Chocnut White bisher nur mal auf Instagram gesehen und dachte, dass es bei uns in Deutschland noch garnicht erhältlich ist, aber anscheinend doch 🎉

Mein Fazit: viel besser als das normale (aber das ist kein Wunder, denn ich liebe weiße Schokolade), das normale fänd ich sehe langweilig. Trotzdem find ich das normale duplo in White noch einen Ticken besser. Ich brauch die Nüsse drin einfach nicht und so ist es mit dreimal abbeißen schon weg 😂

Oprócz tego co widać, wpadł jeszcze szejk białko + węgle, a na wieczór w planach jest proteinowy pudding z galaretką truskawkową.😋 Komfort 10/10, więc w to mi graj.🙌😆 Dzisiaj rest, wizyta u fizjo i dobre wieści.🙈Mogę wracać do swoich regularnych treningów, także przerwa na duży plus i mam nadzieję, że nic podobnego już mnie nie spotka.✊️

REVERSE LUNGE + KNEE UP DO's AND DON'Ts!!💪💣😈 Brought to ya by some fresh @womensbest gear 😂😍 I love this one, especially when I really focus on using my core and booty!! So here's the breakdown on how to do them! .
✅DO THIS: .
☇1. GO DEEP, or until front leg forms a 90-degree angle. Your back leg can be 90 too, but if your hips are more open, a wider than 90-degree bend is okay (like mine). Don't cut the movement short! .
☇2. ENGAGE THE BOOTY AND HIPS. Really focus on squeezing that booty to go back up and thrust your hips forward for the full extension of the movement. The important thing however is to NOT overdo the extension. Your body should still be a straight line, perpendicular to the floor. This is just a micromovement where you engage your hips, butt, and core to really extend your body into a straight line. .
☇3. FEEL THE KNEE LIFT IN YOUR ABS. Don't just lift your leg to lift it. Really squeeze the core and feel the movement in your abs as you bring your knee up. .
❌DON'T DO THIS:
🛇1. KNEE MOVES PAST THE TOES. When you're lunging, make sure that your knee doesn't move past your front toes! Protect those knees!! .
🛇2. COLLAPSE YOUR CHEST. Keep your chest back and facing forward! .
🛇3. CUT THE MOVEMENT SHORT. Fully extend through your hips when you stand up and bend all the way until your front leg is at 90° for the lunge. Don't cut things short and cheat! Full movements = the most gains! .

🙌You can perform this move with or without weights. For an extra challenge or to switch things up, I'll add a twist to the knee up or do a curtsy lunge (foot goes to the side instead of straight back) instead of reverse lunge! #womensbest .

More breakfast food because uh hello who doesn't like a big bowl of oats. Ok so three things: 1) @slap.prez dropped a news bomb yesterday, saying that the Isolate won't be coming back in its original form. So if you're like me and love the flavors (highly recommend PB and strawberry slapshake), then get yourself some before they sell out 😭😭😭 (use code "NAT" to save 10%). 2) Just found this "frosting" and got confused because it's basically just a slightly thicker version of their whipped peanut butter.
3) the key to thick oats is to add chia seeds, use instant oatmeal, pour hot water over until it gets fluffy, then add more water and cook for a minute or two. Then add protein powder and revel in the #thickness
4) I KNOW I SAID THREE but I have one last thing to say.... Challenge yourself today. I used to practice intermittent fasting and would drink coffee/chew gum to make it to my "designated time". There's nothing wrong with that per se, but the behavior arose out of a feeling of anxiety/fear that I wouldn't have enough at nighttime, when I get most hungry. The problem was that I was getting hungry in the morning too, so despite my efforts, my performance at work, focus, etc. were suffering and I couldn't wait till that first meal and then didn't feel satiated after. Long story short: think about your current habits. Why do you do them? Are they beneficial or do they arise from a state of negative emotion or fear? How can you change/challenge that?
