BOOM, Changed up my meal prep a bit after eating the same meal for dinner for the last 4 months😂. I usually eat the same foods each day for a long period of time to stay on track and consistent. This is 4 ounces of ground turkey seasoned with Fajita seasoning, 1/4 cup of pulled pork, 4 ounces of brown, 1/3 cup of dark red kidney beans, and 4 ounces of stir-fry veggies. Something I came up with on the fly and to test it against my current macros, which is fits perfectly. This meal is 810 calories with 111grams of Carbs, 45grams of Protein, and 23.5grams of fat. Simple to make and delish. Now it's time to fuel and grow. roses now rosé later 🥀 studying brains for one class and carbs for another, awesome combination of making me feel hungry and dumb at the same time 🤣 made a turmeric latte to help - with turmeric, ginger, honey and rose tea, the aroma of the floral addition is so calming!

So today is the first day of cutting as much body fat as possible, and had a killer workout and cardio session. So I'm going to be experimenting with different macronutrient splits, and if anyone knows about this, please feel free to give me some tips.

Just discovered this @malkorganics I’m super sensitive to the preservatives and stabilizers used in most non-dairy milks. They make my tummy bloat and hurt like crazy! Today has been SoOoO productive for me! I had a bunch of meetings & classes today & I GOT A JOB!! I’m going to be a boxing instructor next semester and I couldn’t be more excited😆 plus I get to do it with my bff @fcgofo which makes it even more LIT💜
Also I finally did my laundry, cleaned my entire apartment, and am about to do a dope new meal prep recipe which I’ll throw up on the blog soon😋
Circuit:
Do each exercise for 15-30 seconds (I KNOW ITS A LOT!!! Take breaks when you need them, but try to push through!)
Take a 1-2 min break between each round and repeat 3-4 times! Killllleeerrrr burn in those abs lemme tell ya🔥😅 (edit: btw the videos are sped up a little to make the clips shorter!)

🍓FRIDAY FOOD HAUL 🍍

I was in DESPERATE need of some fridge basics after my NY trip. I had coconut milk but NO almond milk 🤔 Almond milk, spinach, egg whites, and fruit are big fridge must-haves, and the last few days have been rough without them 😩 But all better now! Safeway was having BOGO strawberries and raspberries, so ofc I had to get 2 of each 😛 And a BIG bowl of cut pineapple to make some overnight oats next week 🌟 I also needed some cardamom (which is NOT CHEAP) and my store always buy 2, get 1 free sale on spices, and I ALWAYS fall for it. 🤦🏻‍♀️ Y’all should see my spice cabinet, it is OVERFLOWING. •

I loved @tiubogo’s message about #makeinstagramrealagain. I’ve definitely had a lot of moments where if a pic isn’t perfect, I don’t bother posting. So I’ll be following her challenge to post without editing and in less than 60 seconds (except for writing the caption ofc). I’m still going to be trying to make my food pretty for the pic (I feel v accomplished when I do), but I won’t pull my hair out trying to get the “perfect ‘gram” 🤷🏻‍♀️
