IT IS NEVER TO LATE TO CHANGE YOUR LIFE! JUST DON'T GIVE UP ON YOUR DREAMS, NEVER EVER!!! When I look at this picture I realize how much has changed over the years. How much I have changed, my mindset, my life. On the left side you can see a picture of me from 2013. I weighed 98,5 kilogram and I was getting heavier day after day. Which was ridiculous because I was well aware of my problem: I did not just ate way to much of carbohydrates and sugar, for instance one or two bars of cocolate and a pizza per day was normal for me, no I also was lazy to the bone too. Sport wasn't a part of my life anymore, it was back in 2009, 2010, 2011 and so on, but someday I just ceased it. I lost my focused and found myself in the middle of a dwindling spiral. Even the fact that I was aware of my situation wasn't really helping. So many times I tried to change my bad habits and so many times I have failed. My biggest problem was called discipline and as you can imagine I was quite unhappy about this whole situation....Until one day I decided that enough is enough, that I don't wanna spend my life being unhappy and unsecure, that I need to change my life in the direction I want, not immedately by 100% but step by step and I realized that I have TO DO IT, NOT READ ABOUT IT, DREAM ABOUT IT OR TALK ABOUT IT, JUST DO IT!!! So I did.
On the right side you see a picture of me a couple of weeks after I've finished my first marathon in May this year. So much have changed since 2013, especially after I started running last year. I became a runner. I became stronger, my mindset changed, so did my eating habits and I've lost about 14 kilogram as well. I still don't eat like I would love to, but I am on a good way. I haven't reached my dreams yet, but I am getting closer day by day. So I will KEEP GOING!!!
