Friends! You must try this workout/ run combo. Next time you want to go for a run but want to add in a little extra intensity, add in these combos. I filmed this indoors, but did it yesterday morning along the waterfront. All you need to bring is a mini-band, which you can wrap around your wrist as you run. Perform each group of exercises TWICE in a row. Here is the breakdown:
1A) Run 10 min
1B) 100 mountain climbers & 10 jump get ups (x2)
2A) Run 5 min
2B) 15 banded walks (L & R) + 10 banded squat jumps & 5 pistol squats/ leg (x2)
3A) Run 5 min
3B) 15 banded push up extension & 15 rotator cuff abductions (x2)

TAG A HOMIE for this home workout! 🙌🏽 I'm enjoying doing non gym based workouts this week and getting back to my roots.
The workout: It's a Ladder! 😎
1. Plyo: I did squat jumps
2. Abs: I alternated between v-ups & hollow rocks
3. Push-up variation: I did elbow push-ups & regular push-ups!
You will do 20 jumps, abs and Arms then 19 jumps, abs and arms,18,17.....3,2, all the way to 1.
It's short and sweet! But you will sweat!! No rest until you're done!

Getting those crunches in. I normally don't video record my cardio/ab days but I thought I'd throw in a few clips you'll want to add to your next routine. My abs were burning from all angles after these reps. 🔥🔥 Sets/Reps: 4x15
💥Tip: Make sure you're ab muscles are doing ALL the WORK! Focus on your breathing..inhaling when you're releasing & exhaling when you're contracting.
