Here's a leg and glute workout I did recently and loved! For the standing DB leg raises, I would recommend holding onto a wall to stabilize yourself, you'll feel it MUCH more in your glutes.
3 rounds, reps stated below (not all exercises are shown)
1. DB glute bridges x 30
2. Lateral box steps x 20-30
3. Standing DB leg raises x 15
4. DB deadlifts x 15
5. Banded lateral walk x 30-40
6. Shoulder elevated hip thrusts x 12
7. Straddle box jumps x 15
8. Hack squat x 15 .

Делаем упражнение до жжения и далее еще от 5 до 10 повторений. .
СЕТ из 4 упражнений. Делаем по таймеру табата(45/0,можно 1 мин,но не менее 30 сек). Отдых между кругами 1 мин.

Делайте пресс,используя таймер табата. Это 🔥🔥🔥. Вы делаете не определенное количество повторений и пашете пока не прозвучит таймер(это 100% жжение и далее работа через боль).

Home from the cabin this afternoon, started the laundry, played some hockey then got right to my workout!
There was such a nice breeze in front of our place that it was cooler outside than in.
I was a bit hesitant to workout in front where everyone could see me but then I thought....screw it! People run outside so what's the big deal if I'm doing cardio outside.
Besides...one of our jobs as coaches is to inspire people to live healthier lifestyles so maybe I gave a little inspiration to my neighbours or the dude that walked past 😅
I hope I inspire some of you guys to get outside, push play or do something active today💪🏼
E's playing goalie for the first time in his spring 3 on 3 hockey league so we will be having sushi after to celebrate 😜but starting tomorrow I'm back on track with my nutrition 🌿

Core kontrolu dedigimiz nedir?
Core kaslari yani diyafram, multifidus, pelvik taban ve transverse abdominus omurgayi bir silindir gibi sarar ve hareket esnasinda dinamik ya da izometrik sabitleyici olarak calisir. Karin calisirken Core kontrolunu saglayamazsaniz hem etkili sonuc elde edemezsiniz hem de sakatliklara davetiye cikarirsiniz.
Bu egzersizleri yaparken core kontrolunun ne oldugunu daha iyi anlayabilirsiniz. Harekete baslamadan once nefes vererek karni iceri cekip gogus kafesimi yumusatiyorum. Belimi ve gogus kafesimi zemin ile arasinda bir bosluk olmayacak sekilde kapatiyorum. Can alici noktasi ise bacaklari hareket ettirirken yerle temasin hic kaybolmamasi. Eger bel boşluğunuz aciliyorsa bacaklari bedeninize yaklastirin. Bacaklar merkezden uzaklasip uzattikca hareket zorlasacaktir. Hareket esnasinda ritmimi nefesle sağlıyorum. Sesli dinleyebilirsiniz.
Ozellikle de omurga fleksiyonundan kacinmasi gereken disk sakatliklarina sahip ya da kemik erimesi olan kisiler bu hareketleri yapabilir. Ancak dedigim kurallar cercevesinde. Yoksa kendinize zarar verebilirsiniz.
Hareketleri yaparken belinizi kavislenmeden yerde tutamiyor, pelvisinizi sabitleyemiyor ve karni iceri cekemiyorsaniz oncelikle daha basit egzersizlere yonelerek core kontrolunu arttirma uzerine calismaniz gerekiyor.

Core muscles namely #diaphram  #pelvicfloor  #multifidus  and #transverseabdominus  embrace the spine like a cyclinder and act as a isometric or dynamic stabilizer during the movement. If you don't activate the core properly you'll miss effective results and increase the risk of injury. If you cannot hold your back on the ground without arching, stabilize the pelvis and pull the abs in during the movement you should try easier exercises to improve your core control first☝.
