👉🏽 DB RDLs: 3x15-20, increasing weight. SS w/
👉🏽 Switch Ups on bench: 3x20 (each)
👉🏽 DB Sumo Squats: 3x15-20, increasing weight. SS w/
👉🏽 Bench jumps: 3x20
👉🏽 Cable reverse lunges: (using a straight bar attachment, cable low) 3x15-20, moderate weight. SS w/
