I only had a hot sec to get my workout in before my flight to LA on Thursday so I did this little booty burner in 45 minutes because 🤷🏻‍♀️ something is better than nothing! Also hai I’m still sore 👀

It’s pretty rare for me to do a workout without supersets 🤔 I like keeping my heart rate nice and high throughout my workout because 1️⃣ heart health. duh. and 2️⃣ I like eating food. 🤷🏻‍♀️

Higher heart rate 👉🏼 higher calorie burn 👉🏼 raised metabolism 👉🏼 more room for food.

This was my workout area this morning. We are working on our main garage to create a better workout space and floor. In the meantime, I had to climb though all the rubble to get to my weights and stability ball. I didn’t want to work out in the first place, never-mind have to dig for my weights but ten minutes into my workout, the endorphins kicked in. I also only had 25 min so I had to cut the workout short. Bottom line - I got it done and still feel amazing. Had to call it quits after my 3rd set today as by the second exercise I was getting a massive headache. Still pushed harder on the sets I did do though and increased my weights on the squats.

Super speedy lunchtime workout, bookended by 10 min run to gym and back to office. In such a rush I DIDN’T TAKE A SELFIE 😫 Also forgot my regular logbook so printed @adamjamesparr’s handy program card for the days session. While this is 3/3 full-body sessions for this week, early morning or lunchtime workouts leave me short on time and I’ve had to miss off arm supersets and abs. Will do mop-up session (tomorrow?) focusing on bis, tris and abs. .

But, I just tried 2 new workouts tonight! I'm so pumped that I made a little video to share with a couple of my challengers (don't worry, I'll save it to send to them in the morning during "normal" hours)!

One of the workouts I tried tonight was 10 minutes! Just 10! And, it was doable, but challenging! .
I know life can get super hectic. So, if 10 minutes is what you have, make the most of it! It's definitely better than no workout at all! 💪🏻

The other was helping to hammer and chisel your body! I really enjoyed that as well!! There are SO many awesome options with On-Demand, and I'm having a blast checking them out!!

Best thing about being a member at Jetts up at 5am before the kids wake up and sneak a quick workout in.
