Yes, I know it's almost 1am, and I just finished my workout! 😳 Call me crazy! Lol
But, I just tried 2 new workouts tonight! I'm so pumped that I made a little video to share with a couple of my challengers (don't worry, I'll save it to send to them in the morning during "normal" hours)!
One of the workouts I tried tonight was 10 minutes! Just 10! And, it was doable, but challenging! .
I know life can get super hectic. So, if 10 minutes is what you have, make the most of it! It's definitely better than no workout at all! 💪🏻
The other was helping to hammer and chisel your body! I really enjoyed that as well!! There are SO many awesome options with On-Demand, and I'm having a blast checking them out!!
