I did an actual yoga class at the Y today, so I skipped today’s #YogaWithAdriene session 🙈 I’ll do Day 7 tomorrow (maybe, I’m planning on doing Zumba AND yoga at the Y tomorrow‼️ On too of actually biking there and getting my lift in)
So instead here’s a video from yesterday’s back day! Anyone who has followed me for a while knows I LOVE doing assisted pull-ups!
Yes, I can do pull-ups without the help, but I find it much more effective to use the assisted pull-up machine to take some weight off so I can do them nice and slow, keep the movements controlled, and increase the number of reps I’m doing
It’s also a great way to practice pull-ups if you can’t do them solo yet!
