Unless you need a reason to get moving each day, in which case by all means separate them. This tip is one I live by and largely has to do with motivation. It can be tough sometimes to convince myself to do things, so when I do , I make sure it’s worth it. I needed to pick up my prescription today, I could have just done that and that’s it. Instead, before going out the door, I took the kitchen garbage bag and filled it with any junk. While doing that I also collected my cans. Then I filled the dishwasher and started it. I remembered two things I needed to mail and picked them up. I then took my garbage and cans out, dropped my mail, and got my prescription. I essentially got 5 things done when I could have only did one. Some people already do this fairly naturally, for others it may not be as common. Give it a try, and see if it’s helpful.
