Ladies ! I know that many of you are afraid to workout your upper body because you feel like it will make you look bulky! It is not true...gaining muscle is not as easy as you may think it is . It requires a LOT of work and specific diet. By working out your shoulders and back you will just tone up and your body will be in a better shape (also building shoulders and back creates an illusion of a smaller waist 😜) so I highly recommend you focusing on your upper body the same as you focus on building that booty ! 🍑🍑🤗🤗❤

Recipe: Burgers or the Arepitas Vejetariana.
2 cups pre-cooked and mashed beans.
2 cup pre-cooked quinoa
1/2 cup of previously soaked chia
1/2 cup of rice you prefer (rice or corn).
3 tablespoons of coconut oil or whatever you prefer.
1/2 cup of cheese of your choice
Salt and seasoning to taste garlic, onion.
Mix all the ingredients and make the hamburgers and place them in an iron previously greased.

Receta: hamburguesas o arepitas vejetariana.
2 tazas de frijol prevamente cocinado y maserado.
2 taza de quinoa previamente cocinada
1/2 taza de chia previamente remojada
1/2 taza de arina que prefiera de (arroz o maiz).
3 cucharas de aceite de coco o el que prefiera.
1/2 Taza de queso que prefiera
Sal y condimentos al gusto ajo, cebolla.
Mezclar todos los ingredientes y hacer las hamburguesas y colocarlas en una plancha preiviamente engrasada.
