Overnight oats meets yogurt parfait. The Swiss call it Birchermüesli. Make it yourself with the recipe below:
🍓1 slightly overripe banana
🍓1/2 tsp lemon juice
🍓1 Tbsp honey
🍓1/2 cup old fashion oats
🍓1 blueberry Yodelay yogurt (or flavor of choice)
🍓handful of raisins
🍓1/2 of an apple (optional)
🍓handful of seasonal berries (for topping)
1. Mash banana, pour 1/2 tsp lemon juice to prevent browning
2. Add honey, oats, yogurt & raisins. Mix and let sit for min of 1/2 hour to soften oats. Can let sit overnight.
3. Top with apple & berries .
