Being on vacation is supposed to be relaxing, but I found myself being overwhelmed by the amount of work waiting for me when I got back. I quickly cured this anxious feeling by sitting down and scheduling out my month. This helped me mentally prepare for the days ahead of me and solidify what the rest of my month was going to look like when I returned to the real world. Once I finished I was able to close my journal and live in the moment. 30 minutes of preparation gave me a week of stress free relaxation.
