What makes us sick? To find the answers we need to look at the residual levels of environmental toxicity – the things that we absorb through living in our world. The foods that most of us eat are heavily laden with chemicals, both natural and artificial.
They are there to get us to buy the particular product again by enhancing flavour; to improve shelf life; as a cost reducer; and as marketing, not health aids. Most of them should never be ingested into our bodies. What we are dealing with daily is environmental toxicity (getting ill). As a health coach Im always focussed on this with clients, instilling practices that result in wellness all of the time, because wellness is life and sickness is not something that has to happen. Smother yourself in magnesium oil (lotion, spray or roll-on) and reapply as much as you can, 5-5 times is ideal as it is best absorbed through the skin that way. I know 5-6 times a day is a lot to ask (a roll-on makes it easier) , but it does sort out a lot of issues that do sideline everyone who ends up sick and seeking help. Self help is the ‘cure’ – and the extra work pays off – as in all endeavours. Great for the little ones too, use @ancientmineralsmk as it doesn't sting or add salts to their daily bath. Wellness is not complicated, but it takes time and the commitment to daily practices to make it your life.
