" Yesterday I found these pants, the last time I wore them was January 2017, exactly the photo on the left. I was in a dressing room and I took this picture promising to myself that I’d never be ashamed of my body again. I care about it now and I'm hardly able to recognize myself but then I think, why? That girl is me, that girl made me what I am now and I don’t blame her, I don’t tell her she's “ugly” and still in the dark place with binge. I thank her because she had the strength to face her fears, her monsters and her insecurities. That girl has learned to love herself, to enjoy food with friends, to overcome the obsession to be perfect and skinny at all costs. It took time, attempts, tears, falls but I never gave up, I never looked back despising me. So at any stage of your journey you are please.... love yourself. Believe you can do it and keep fighting for your dreams. Don’t get "comfortable", keep trying , and if you fall take a breath and get up again. We all have the same possibilities, it's up to us to decide whether or not to do it and I BELIEVE IN YOU😘 " .

I don't have soda regularly because I rather eat my calories but once in a while it should be fine and obviously this doesn't have any calories. But again, I know it's not healthy at all! 😉🍒

It turns out we voluntarily feed our minds with more negative thoughts daily than anyone can ever do to us.

A personal story of mine came this year when I realised that by following who I thought I could be inspired by were just creating immense amounts of doubt each day. My output was dictated, literally, by people who I'd never even met.

I actually grew to dislike them, a lot, but still followed them because I thought I had to. It’s madness when you think about it.

When I created some space for myself I realised that my own output was nowhere near where I wanted it to be. This created doubt in how I coached, too, which was a very dangerous place to be which meant something had to change.

Either I cut out the bullshit that I was exposing myself to and trust my own self, or, continue as is.

It's a no-brainer, really. And you know what happened? Yup, you guessed it, I grew happier, more confident, and my daily output was almost as if I was gliding over a rainbow on Arnie’s 26 inch… bicep.

The funny thing is I would reflect this back to clients time and time again and they would tell me that–they too–removed the false images, videos, and perceived perfect lives of people that made them feel inadequate. Question their own actions and progressions. ⠀
You know what would happen when they did? Fuck yeah, they felt far better about themselves, too.

If you are following 1000 profiles then ask yourself, are you seeing 1000 peoples worth of content? I'm willing to bet my almost-non-trained-calves that you don't. Which means a session with the 'unfollow' button is due. ⠀⠀
