I hesitate in posting this. Like, big time. It seems so similar to my picture from last week. So similar I even compared them to see if there was ANY difference.
That’s the way this program has been for me. Every week I felt so strong, so lean, so healthy...and yet i thought the pictures just weren’t showing it.
I’ve lost 18.2 lbs! That’s serious. I’m down 2-going on 3 sizes in my clothes. It’s been 2 freaking months. I really am stronger than I ever was before. For the first time in my life my nutrition and fitness are both on track - and I haven’t “cheated” once in 2 months!!! I have 1 month left in this program and I’m starting it all over again.
