#Week6 was frustrating. I got sick for the second time in 2 months. I only went to the gym 3 times, and my diet was terrible. I did not feel like eating and I lost a couple of pounds. 6 to be exact. I was taking anti-biotics and I had to complete my cycle and it really makes eating difficult. I’ll think of this week as “glass half full”. Training consistently for a few months can put a strain on the body, so this would constitute as a rest week.
