Making the crucial decision to start on a healthy lifestyle, is the hardest part of this journey. It's getting over that indecisive choice of whether you should start now or later. People put way too much negative thoughts into this process. Thinking, I'll still have time, I have no time, it will take way too long to reach my goals, etc. Instead of thinking, I'll be healthier, I will fit it into my schedule, who cares how long it takes, I am worth this effort!! If we would just do more instead of doubting everything, we could be happier & healthier.
