Today before I started my workout, I told myself that I would give it my all. I made a promise that I wouldn’t give up no matter how bad it hurt, no matter how tired I was, because for once, JUST ONCE, I wanted to see what would happen if I didn’t give up. And you know what happened...I pushed through it like I never have before. I did every single squat, lunge, mountain climber, crunch, anything that was thrown at me, I CONQUERED IT. For the first time ever I didn’t stop. I. JUST. KEPT. GOING. .
Now let me ask you, how many times do you give up on yourself? How many times do you throw in the towel when things get tough? .
