Eat like shit and you’ll get shitty results.
That statement can’t be any truer and easy to say, but in reality it’s a one of the hardest things to do.
We all want to eat better, but with so many temptations out there. Pizza, donuts, tacos, and more “which are all of my favorites” can kill our goals if we don’t constantly monitor what we are consuming.
I get it. Trying to make sure you’re sticking to your diet and eating the right stuff can be huge pain in the ass. However if you can stick it out long enough and push through it soon you will start seeing results then it becomes an obsession.
Looking at from where I have started to who you see currently see didn’t happen over night. This is hours, days, weeks, months, and now going on years off work.
You can get better too. You just have to believe in you and you can make it happen.
