A common problem I see when people are doing any back related exercise is they include so much index and thumb in their grip of either the cable, or free weight.
.
If you use both of these in your grip in any back related exercise - you are going to involve more bicep in the movement rather than your lats, rear delts, traps, rhomboid muscles.
.
As you can see here, my index finger is off so is my thumb. This forces all of my focus on the back muscles rather than biceps.
.
You may have to go down in weight at first - but you'll feel the stretch and weight pull more effectively in your target back muscle.

Eat like shit and you’ll get shitty results.

That statement can’t be any truer and easy to say, but in reality it’s a one of the hardest things to do.
.
We all want to eat better, but with so many temptations out there. Pizza, donuts, tacos, and more “which are all of my favorites” can kill our goals if we don’t constantly monitor what we are consuming.
.
I get it. Trying to make sure you’re sticking to your diet and eating the right stuff can be huge pain in the ass. However if you can stick it out long enough and push through it soon you will start seeing results then it becomes an obsession.
.
Looking at from where I have started to who you see currently see didn’t happen over night. This is hours, days, weeks, months, and now going on years off work.
.
You can get better too. You just have to believe in you and you can make it happen.
