Giving your body time to rest and heal is one comfort we're always allowed. 🙏 I tried to get in my weight lifting workout last night but Ava had other plans. Instead of jumping back in this morning, I listened to my body when it asked for stretching and relaxing. At home yoga and guided meditation are some of the best things about the programs I use. I always have a practice to fit my mood.👌🏼👌🏼
There's a 5 mile run slated for today. This should help it go a little more smoothly.
