NO EQUIPMENT BUTT & THIGH ✖️So my goal with this workout is to give you a well rounded lower body blast with no equipment that you can do anywhere. Some of the exercises are also great for building balance which means your core is also worked. 🤗It feels SO GOOD to commit to a workout program and COMPLETE it!👊🏽These are my results from 12 weeks of my latest workout program. Before I started it I had been at a plateau for a little while, but this program was just what I needed to jump start my results. 👉🏽I lost 9lbs and notice the biggest transformation in my thighs, which are a very stubborn area for me! rib injury still has me limited to mostly walking, some jogging, pilates, and stretching. mentally it’s been a strange but nice break to not have to think about a training schedule, but physically I’m starting to feel a difference and crave something more intense. it’s been 4ish months since I’ve been in the gym🙏🏼👀 BUT I live intuitively so that includes training. over working was how I ended up so badly hurt in the first place. .
REST when you need it, don’t ignore the “small” things. and unrelated but most importantly: don’t give a fuck about what anyone else in the gym thinks; they’re not paying for your gym membership so why waste your time worrying about what they think of the way you train? this includes gym staff btw. hood up, headphones on, drown it out and get it done. honor your body✨
