Hit a pb on my deadlifts and barbell rows before I knocked out the t-bar row 100kg for 6. - I was determined to get that extra rep but the second I picked up the weight nothing felt good about it. - I’m going to claim that last rep none the less lol.
This is no pose by any means, but was trying to show the dryness I got earlier this year. Your nutrition is key to everything, it’s 24hrs a day, 7 days a week. Being in prep my body would change hourly, from fullness, to vascularity and so on. Almost all because of food.
