3 days in a row!! Woop woop! It's a good start. Sore today, but that good kind of sore that reminds you that you did something good for yourself. I did 3 @aaptiv workouts yesterday, including the #UpNOutChallenge, an ab workout and an amazing stretch session. Did a full body workout video from @popsugarfitness on YouTube tonight. Worked through that soreness! Nutrition on point and overall a good week so far!! Now to just keep it up! Hahaha

✯✯✯When you look in the mirror and see no change, and still keep faith, knowing that in time you will get there if you stay focused and on track, that's the difference between those who succeed and those who fail. When you have a bad run or a bad workout, you stay focused. Focus on the outcome, not the obstacle. The bad workouts are what create the grit necessary to have the great ones. .

I'm a behind on the @aaptiv and @selfmagazine #upnoutchallenge due to vacation and rain 😩 but I am super excited to be catching up, as I will get to do ✌🏼 workouts with aaptiv trainers each day for the next week. I honestly look forward to "hanging out" with these truly inspiring and motivating people. Day 7 yoga with @themurdockmovement was lovely and mentally detoxing to start this week off. Day 8 intervals were so so so so much fun with @mrrayfit 😊 I was very nervous for it as running in general is something I'm working on but I was smiling and laughing the whole time! Highly recommend it! #teamaaptiv #aaptiv

For too long I have used these boys as an excuse not to workout. I have found myself losing strength physically, mentally, and spiritually because of my lack of challenging myself. No more!! I am a strong mom and we are a strong family.

This glorious spot again to refuel after @onelagree today with my fav @lagree_ali. It is just SO good and filling! I got cauliflower rice and zoodles as my base, topped with mushrooms, tumeric cauliflower, onions, peppers, and broccoli. I got the chicken this time and it was so good and flavorful! I Sauce choice was roasted red pepper sauce with all the nice crunchy seeds, nuts and cilantro to top it all off. So so good and filling made my stomach and heart very happy :-) happy Saturday!

This is what's been on my lunch plates and feeling my belly lately! Mixed organic power greens from @earthboundfarm , sauerkraut all dressed in garlic, ACV, nutritional yeast, S and P. Topped with a tuna cake made with @safecatchfoods , tablespoon of ground flaxseed, couple of tablespoons of egg whites, minced garlic, fresh ground pepper, red onion, and cilantro. And of course drizzled with Cholula and some avocado. Always Avocado :-) hope everyone is enjoying their short Work Week :-)! #happymoodfood

Following up my 15 minutes of yoga with 40 more minutes of Hatha yoga, which I really like because it allows me to get a really good stretch in. This place!!! It definitely exceeded my expectations (which were high)! I did a build your own bowl with ALL the yummy options and each component was so flavorful on their own I really don't know how you could have a bad combo. I had the base of Cauli rice and Zoodles, basically every veggie, ground grass fed beef. Drizzled with coconut curry on half and the amazing cashew pesto on the other half. They have SO many amazing options for any type of craving fix that are paleo and whole30 compliant. The owner even came by the table to say hi and see how our meals were. So thankful to have quality food in Dallas without the price or needing reservations and significant amount of time/reservations for my go to spots like H&G or Mudhen. Thank you Gather I will definitely be a regular! #dallaseats
