Highly raved by many, this Thai eatery caught my eyes and palate for their Drunken Noodle Pork ($7.90), a dish that I’ve not seen, heard or ate before until today. Seemingly plain-looking, don’t judge this plate of fried flat rice noodles with minced pork and French beans fool you as the flavours and spice hit you instantly from the first bite. To me, this is a crossover of the popular basil minced pork rice but this one round, the rice has been substituted with the noodles. Now, can someone tell me why is this called drunken noodles? Is this a hangover food?
