✨ Mindfulness, Class Nr.2 ✨ 💕 Emotions 💕 Negative emotions can make us suffer as we usually feel the pain, suffering and resistance. Mindfulness can help us shorten the half-life of emotions (both the positive & negative ones); thus helping us to get rid of those negative faster and soak more of those positive ones 🔥. What will help us is letting go the given meaning to the situation.
Task for this week: during the day observe your emotions, name them & locate them in your body. Use the R.A.I.N. method: R (recognize what is happening) A (allow everything to be the way it is) I (investigate your inner experience) N (non-identification with the situation). ✨ By practicing mindfulness; the subjective experience of time stretches out ✨
