What do you do when the temps are 1 degree...not degrees folks DEGREE...you go swimming! It actually was one of the better swims I’ve had all month, so I would call that SUCCESS!!! On those days when I feel less than enthused about getting in the water, hopping on the bike, going for a run or lifting weights, typically are the days that a) I NEED the workout most for my state of mind or b) end up being the BEST workouts!!! I try to push thru all the excuses in my head, because I know on the other side 99% of the time I will be SOOO much happier I did the swim, bike, run...whatever!!! When we can push through the excuses, that’s when the magic happens people!!! What did you push through today?
