Feeling good and still have great energy. Off to take maternity photos! We weren’t sure if we were going to do them but with it being my last, I really want them!

We have a hospital bag packed, we are registered and the nursery is turning more into a room for the baby vs storage 🙌🏻 Soaking in these last few weeks but very excited to meet this lil’ one.

Today is rest day for me bur I finallt managed to put together a video. What can I say, technology is not my friend.🤷‍♀️ I finally managed to put a video together of one of my workouts this week. So here is a Killer ab workout! #absallday

Forget them crunches ladies! Those strain your neck and are not the most effective way to get abs. 😦

Try this instead! Do 2 sets of 15 reps :) Have you seen/done these exercises before? Or are they new? I definitely never tried them before this program.

Mealpreppping doesn’t take as long as it used to do anymore, became more efficient with calculating everything before I go grocery shopping too so that takes less time now too 💁🏻‍♀️ Daily cardio feels like normal part of daily routine and I have stopped hating every min on that stairmaster 🤓💦

I feel so thankful and blessed that Tate and I truly work as a team to parent, be successful in our careers and are on the same page when it comes to our finances!!!

After we put the boys to bed...we decided to do the normal stuff of folding laundry, clean up toys and at the same time listen to a Mel Robbins (@melrobbinslive) webinar I earned from my part time side hustle. I listened to it live a few days ago but knew Tate had to hear it too. So here we are...2 crazy parents...living the dream on Saturday night 😍

If you find you and your spouse not on the same page when it comes to a healthy lifestyle, finances or some other things that are important to you, I encourage you to continue working towards your goals. When you are consistent...and seeing results, your spouse will eventually come around. But consistency is KEY. You need to be committed and show them what is possible if they were to join you and be on the same page! Team work does make the dream work...so don’t give up!!!

The grind includes the weekend, friends!! I refuse to allow the weekend undo all my hard work and progress.

And that doesn’t just include my workout, it’s even MORE so my nutrition! So just because we are gone for the ENTIRE day, that doesn’t mean I give up and throw in the towel. I am planned and packed up for the road! 👍🏼 Now off to enjoy a whole day with hubby - movie, couples massage and dinner!! ❤️

My mom is an inspiration. I want to look and feel like her when I grow up! And when I think of my future, if it's in my cards, I think of myself still rocking it, still loving myself and still taking care if myself.
