I never thought I would be one to weigh my food, that's for bodybuilders the weirdos. Now l am weighing food, not just because I want to make my training/recovery/life better but because I tend to over estimate the granola by 1000 grams. For those that think it takes too long it took longer to take the photo #thatlighting. I don't always weigh food, I'm not going to weigh the chocolate brownie on Sunday for instance, I will fast on Monday though, it's about preparation. I have learnt along the way with @chrislowenutrition, put a little bit of effort in to it, be a bit more structured. On the left was 12 weeks in of consistency and planning. On the right is today, lost sight of structure and felt shite because of it so reached back out to Chris #sos
Looking forward to the seminar at our gym tomorrow night, it's not for everyone, only people interested in training, living, and happiness.
