Another glorious 70° day here in Maryland in February. My recovery advisor was still telling me I had 24 hours of rest required as a result of Sunday’s 🚴🏃brick workout. I had to ignore it today, but still took it easy. 5 minutes running at HR❤️ <135bpm; 1 minute walking; repeat over 3 miles. Then plenty of foam rolling.
