The #TRX Chest Press + #UltimateSandBag MaxLunge
1. TRX Chest Press: Choose a steep angle, maintain your plank and lower your body down towards the ground, drive your hands away from your body and externally rotate the hands out at the top.
2. USB Max Lunge:
Start by holding onto and trying to separate the parallel handles, manage masses and spaces as you step back into a reverse lunge, drop the bag over the front knee, bending the back knee, and keeping a tall chest. Return to standing by strongly squeezing your glutes, bracing your abs, and still separating the handles. Owning each position you can increase tempo to increase resistance.
Perform 6 rep on each exercise (6 left & 6 right on Max Lunge) then 10 each exercise then 12 then back to 10 then back to 6.
