I am not a fan of running on the treadmill, but it was cold and raining in YYC today so it was either bundle lil' man up in the stroller with the rain cover and wear a million layers myself, plus battle wind and rain...OR... the 'dread'mill at the gym. I opted for the later... πŸƒ
