To make a difference in your body you have to do something different with your body! Change the workout or even just the equipment in two or three of your exercises. Switching to dbells instead of a fixed machine or doing your overhead work standing instead of sitting will challenge your muscles. Think through your program and be aware of too much repetition. Don't forget the adaptation principle. We don't want our muscles to help. Let's shock them with a switch!
Got my LISS in today, and it was a busy one! Went from work, to the gym, to picking up my girls from daycare and dinner, and back to work for meet the teacher night. On top of that I'm taking care of a sick 3rd child, my husband 😉. Now to settle on the couch with some tea and my nighttime snack😊.
