Needless to say, I think I put the pasta from last night to good use this morning. My last two sets of 5 on hip thrusts @ 600lbs was rough, but it got done.
Four weeks left on the surplus, then it's time to drop the calories a smidge for a slight deficit for them wedding/honeymoon shreds.
