👊🏼One of the best ways to ensure that you stay on track is making certain that you enjoy the process. Now, the fact is that you're always going to feel better once you've given it your all to a session at the gym. You simply won't catch people saying: "Oh man, I really regret hitting that workout today" (unless it's legs of course and you can no longer walk up stairs). Nonetheless, although any exercise will leave you feeling great on completion, there will be that one specific form that will really tickle your fancy

I employ you to try and find what that one certain form is. Play around with different types. There's about a gajillion to choose from. Bodybuilding, powerlifting, Olympic weightlifting, plyometrics, karate, boxing and yoga to name a few

Ideally, what I'd recommend, unless your goal requires complete immersion in one form, would be to indulge in a cocktail of exercise. Now, once you've done it for a while, you'll typically notice yourself gravitating more often to one type in particular. I strongly encourage you to follow that pull, because that specific form of exercise will be the one you're most likely to stick at. And considering this the goal is to create a healthy lifestyle, rather than a quick fix, that would be a very smart option 🌊 🌊

@lateciat I was going through my phone and I found this old photo of me back when I was training to compete in a bikini competition. So many people will look at this photo and make physical comparisons and say they would prefer me 'before'. I prefer me at any weight as long as I'm happy.
It's okay to love yourself no matter what your size is.
I remember how unhappy I was In the picture to the left, I would loathe certain parts of my body- particularly my bum/ thighs because that was and is the hardest part of my body to loose. I had so many insecurities, I compared myself to other women and I lacked confidence.
Since changing my outlook on life and learning to embrace who I am, I know that hypothetically if I were to go back to what I used to be I would be so much happier and content than what I was because I've learned to love me.
Your mental health is just as important as your physical. Also I'm not saying it's okay to be inactive and make unhealthy choices, I think it's about finding balance, listen to your body, you know what's best for it.

to mój pierwszy raz z tym warzywem, mimo iż już rok temu się do tego zabierałam 👌👍 Nie miałam pojęcia jak to może smakować, oczywiście przepis wykonałam autorsko, dodając składniki i proporcje na wyczucie💪

Co najważniejsze nie zawiodłam się w cale. Ciacho wyszło przepyszne, mokre w środku, dwu kolorowe o super makro 😍

Шрамы украшают мужчин🤔А что делать мне?😞
Моё тело-это карта боевых действий💣
1.Голова:шрам в виде вмятины-череп прогрызла собака(ставили скобы)...ходила полулысая
2.Руки:шрамы от падения с обрыва и порезы о металл
3.Живот:шрамы после ожогов(там странная история-пьяная волосы крутила и падающую плойку пыталась поймать,прижав к телу)🙄
4.Спина: до сих пор сама не знаю, откуда там шрам🤔
5.Жопа:погрызла собака🐶
6.Ноги:ООО...моё любимое😎Многочисленные шрамы от покусов собак(в том числе один большой,с которого пьяный хирург рано снял швы)+шрамы после ожогов,полученных при падении с мотоцикла🙀+шрамы неизвестного мне генезиса🤷🏼‍♀️
Это я не считаю душевных шрамов,полученных в ожесточённых схватках с мужским полом и отдельными персонажами женской половины🤦🏼‍♀️
