A lot of what you see when I post on Instagram is Positive. I try to be an upbeat person, sharing my life and making some friends along the way😊. BUT the highlight reels seen on Facebook are just that, highlights on what people WANT you to see. Not everyone has it together . But who wants a Negative Nelly spewing crap on IG everyday!? NOT MOI! 🙅🏼♀️ Everyday isn’t perfect for me! I don’t always have the laundry cleaned, folded and put away (ok like never lol). My workouts arnt always perfect, and I don’t always “feel” like working out(this picture was me last night, out of breath. Yes it’s my “job” but I’m human. My kids don’t always behave (my Isla Nancy pushes my buttons like she’s playing candy crush 😂 is that still a thing 🤷🏼♀️? AND my food isn’t always on point. Now I admit 98% of the time I eat healthy. My body feels better when I eat whole30 so that’s what I do. Wellllllll let me tell you I ate one too many pieces of candy while in Chicago and I got so sick. You would have thought I learned my lesson right!? NOPE I tried to finish the candy on Monday......because that’s really smart right?? 🤦🏼♀️ One thing that stopped me from spiraling down into a dark hole was I knew I had to track my food in our accountability group that night😳. I didn’t want to write down I ate 10 pieces of toffee. So I stopped eating at 3👏🏻. Could I have lied and not told them? 🤔Yep.....but who is that hurting? 🙋🏼♀️ Shouldn’t I be setting the example since I’m the “Coach”. But I’m human, and if you can’t relate to someone it’s hard to follow their lead. So I swallowed my pride and talked about it with them. WOW are my girls amazing and gave me encouragement to do better the next day. And I did 😊 Everyday isn’t going to be perfect. But if you want results you have to show up every.single.day. Maybe your meals and workouts won’t be perfect, but you gotta jump right back on it! If you need help figuring out this whole “eating clean” thing, let’s chat now!
