Two months ago I could barely do this move on it’s own now I can use a band to increase the intensity of the move!
When I first started doing these programs I was skeptical. Workouts at home... how would this even work? When would I find the time? Was it really worth my time and investment?
Some days I can’t believe how I do get it done and some days I can’t wait to get my sweat on!
When I decided to make my HEALTH a priority there was no doubt in my mind that I would make it work.
And as far as an investment I have never been more proud of a leap of faith I’ve taken. I’m proactively INVESTING in getting on track now so that I don’t have to reactively take care of myself in the future.
Sometimes it just takes a leap of faith, stepping out of your comfort zone and challenging yourself to change!
