Tonight’s dinner is a homemade cauliflower pizza crust for a delicious, easy dinner 😋 RECIPE ⬇️ .
This is so easy you have to try it! PLUS it’s a great meal prep!! Freeze the crust in the freezer and boom easy dinner to throw together in 10 minutes later in the week. Or make it ahead of time and reheat in the oven. .
Cook 6 cups of riced cauliflower in the oven on a cookie sheet at 375 for 20 minutes. Take out of the oven and place in a thin linen towel or tea towel and let cool for 5 minutes. Meanwhile whisk one egg with 1/2 cup of grated Parmesan, 1 tsp of Italian seasoning, a pinch of sea salt and 1/4 tsp of ground pepper. I like to add a pinch of shredded skim mozzarella as well, but not necessary. .
Squeeze out ALL the water you can from the cauliflower. Add the cauliflower to the bowl and mix well! .
After well mixed, place on a piece of parchment paper on a baking sheet and pat thin. Use your hands to shape. .
Bake in the oven at 475 for 20 minutes, flipping carefully about 12 minutes through. .
Take out of the oven and add your sauce, fresh mozzarella and favorite toppings and put back in the oven until cheese starts to brown (7-9 minutes). ENJOY 🤤
