It was just a medium which got me away from reality having multiple injuries still kept grinding well still remember when others used to party have nightouts i used to train in there this was a therapy for me in my hard times as well as my good times got inspired by many and worked on my goals very hard it was not just the physique which i was sculpting but it was my life which i was sculpting and it has been 2 years since im doing this and have no regrets

We all have a dominant body side. 👈
A side of the body that is stronger and will overcome and compensate for the other side. It will usually be the side of the body that you lead with.. writing and eating are usually done with the hand on the dominant side. What is your dominant side. ?
That's why it's so important to me when lifting, to equally challenge both of my sides, front and back included, to get the best balanced results.

I am always a work in progress and looking at photos like this can help me fine tune, shape and build a strong balanced body.

Did you know that the tibia (shinbone), is one of the most common fractured long bone in the body? 🤔
A tibial shaft fracture mostly occurs below the knee or/and above the ankle. 😬
This x-ray of our patient was taken in February. Guess what: now she is walking, running and jumping around thanks to a strict physiotherapy treatment plan! 🤩🤸‍♀️
