Aus, aus, das Spiel ist aus! Das war's dann mit Conventinal Heben für mich. Nachdem ich alle Backoff Sätze komplett ohne Vorbereitung Sumo gehoben habe und sich das einfach 10000000000x besser angefühlt hat als jeder andere Satz Deadlifts im letzten Jahr, ist es beschlossene Sache.
