Absolutely loving our new treadmill! Was able to open the garage door and squish in "Interval #5" this morning before I started my day. It was a fun 25 minute sweat session!
I5, as it's called, was a minute on, minute off, with the pattern consisting of 4.7mph at 6% incline, a walk break, 5.2mph at 3.5%, walk, 5.7mph at 1.5%, walk...and repeat. I've only done two programmed workouts, so maybe I'm speaking too soon, but I'm super happy that I've been able to do both without adjusting the speeds / incline at all. I am excited do this particular one again though - I think I could slowly jog during the recovery periods & still hit the interval speeds!
